NBC ERP

NBC ERP is a custom enterprise resource planning system I designed and built to run the human-resources and project operations of National Basics Company.

The platform brings core HR functions — employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, and documentation — together with a full project workflow engine, so work moves through clearly defined stages with the right approvals at each step.

It also includes a mobile employee self-service (ESS) app with dedicated employee and management views: staff can handle everyday HR tasks from their phones, while managers get the oversight and approvals they need on the go.

By replacing scattered spreadsheets and manual processes with a single connected system, it gives management real-time visibility and frees the team to focus on the work itself rather than the paperwork around it.
